I visited the site to get an iphone for my daughter and the salesperson who helped me was a short older chola looking female(i think) and my daughter was looking over the phones and could not decide which one she wanted. I work at a high end retailer that has the highest standards on customer service. She easily measured up to our standards. He did not balk when I told him I wanted a cheap or free phone bc mine died. No pressure. He took the time to work with my complicated situation and gave me lots of great ideas and options so that I could keep my old number on a new iphone.
